Suppose your item is marked as Delivered on the UPS and USPS websites, but you have not received it. In that case, we recommend you check it first near your mailbox, under any stairs, behind any back gates, backyard, or in other spots where a substitute driver may have mistakenly placed the package. We also recommend checking with neighbors to see whether the product was delivered accidentally.

There are also times when the tracking status is incorrectly updated, and the shipment typically arrives a few days beyond the stated delivery date. If you haven't received the item after 2-3 business days, please get in touch with us at [email protected], and we will ship you a replacement.
