When we get your returned items, our warehouse team will inspect them to ensure that they are in original packaging, unopened, and with all seals intact.
Following that, we will initiate a refund for the consumer based on their situation. Please refer to the preceding list.
Order placed incorrectly/Refuse/Exchange:
- Customers who return the items will be charged a $9.99 restocking fee, which will reduce their refund amount.
- Customers can have it refunded to their original payment card (which will take 3-5 business days to reflect) or receive local store credit.
Returned products received opened, and seals are removed:
- We will deduct a processing fee equal to 25% of the price of each returned item.
