How to request a Return/Exchange for Wrong / Damaged Items?Updated 3 years ago

Customers who have received a wrong or damaged items should contact us immediately at [email protected]. To expedite the resolution, customers can send us an image with the product they receive and the receipt.

We will proceed with refunding or reshipment the item once we confirm that you received a wrong/damaged item. Please see the following resolution.

If the item is unavailable:

Customers have the option of requesting a refund or selecting an alternate item.

If the item is available:

Customers can still choose between a refund or replacing the wrong/damaged item.
