Shipping address correctness is critical regardless of service level.

Customers who provide incorrect shipping address information will be charged any change or return fees imposed by the carrier. We will not reship an order or any future orders until all due fees are paid. 

If you detect an error on a recent order, please email [email protected] as soon as possible to request a change. We will make the necessary changes for free if the package is still in our fulfillment facilities.
